the heart of this work

healing is not something i do to you

the moment toward healing
already lives
within you.

My role is to help create the conditions in which you can hear it more clearly and stay close enough to yourself to follow it.

Together, we slow things down. We listen beneath the story. We notice the protections, patterns, and bodily responses that have learned to organize your life, and become curious about what they have been protecting.

Sometimes I offer language for what is happening or gently challenge the way you have learned to see yourself. At other times, the most important thing is simply to stay close, listen, and not rush what has its own timing.

four ways to work together

Choose the support that
meets you where you are

Each offering creates a different kind of container around the work... more focused, more experiential, more continuous, or more communal so you can choose the form of support that fits this season of your life.

individual, couples and family therapy

Somatic PSychotherapy sessions

You may understand yourself incredibly well. You know where some of your patterns come from. You can analyze what is happening while it is happening and still find yourself caught in it.

Online somatic psychotherapy for relationship and attachment patterns, self-worth, grief, major life transitions, emotional disconnection, and the experience of feeling stuck in patterns you already understand.

This work brings together honest conversation, somatic awareness, relational exploration, mindfulness, and parts work. We pay attention not only to what you are saying, but to what happens inside you as you say it - the tightening, disappearing, reaching, protecting, longing, or knowing that often lives beneath words.

The work is not to understand yourself endlessly. It is to bring what you already understand into relationship with your body, emotions, and lived experience so you have more choice when the old pattern appears.

You spend a lot of time in your head and want to feel more connected to your emotions and body.
You understand your patterns but still find yourself repeating them in relationships.
You struggle to trust what you feel, what you know, or what you want.

You are moving through a relationship, identity, or life transition and want clarity about what comes next.

You have talked about it. Analyzed it. Understood it. But there are things the mind cannot resolve on its own.

These longer, experiential online somatic sessions offer a different way into the work through the body, emotion, sensation, movement, breath, and direct experience.

Through breathwork, guided somatic awareness, restorative practices, movement, music, ceremony, and supportive self-touch, we follow the body’s own language and timing.

You may encounter tension, numbness, grief, fear, longing, or emotion that has been difficult to access through words. Nothing is forced. We follow what emerges and work with what is ready.

You spend a lot of time thinking about what you feel rather than actually feeling it.
You feel disconnected from your body or find it difficult to know what you are feeling in the moment.
There is tension, emotion, or something held in your body that talking has not fully reached.

You want less talking and analyzing, and a more experiential, body-led way into the work.

one-to-one immersion

Embodied Living Immersive

Some chapters of life ask for more than a weekly hour. They ask for sustained attention, deeper commitment, and support that stays close to the life you are actually living.

A relationship is changing. An identity is falling away. You are standing at the edge of a decision. The life you have built no longer fits in quite the same way. Or you have done enough inner work to know that you are ready to stop circling the same patterns and work with them differently.

Embodied Living Immersive is my deepest one-to-one offering: an online mentorship and embodied process for people moving through meaningful change and ready to give the work real time, continuity, and attention. It is available internationally.

Over six or nine months, we meet for three private sessions each month, with an integration week and ongoing voice-note support between sessions. The continuity allows us to work with your life as it is unfolding... not only with what you can remember or make sense of once you are back in the therapy room.

We can meet a relationship pattern while it is happening. Stay close to a decision while you are making it. Work with the part of you that braces when something begins to change. Return to what you knew before fear took over. The work moves with your life, so insight has somewhere to become practice.

You are moving through a significant transition, rupture, decision, or period of becoming.
You have already done meaningful inner work and are ready to go deeper rather than keep circling the same patterns.
You want support that can meet you inside your real relationships, decisions, and daily life not only during scheduled sessions.

You want a sustained one-to-one container with greater continuity, access, and depth than individual sessions can offer.

a small online group experience

Embodied Living Circle

Some things become possible in the company of others that cannot happen alone.

The Embodied Living Circle is a small online space for women around the world exploring a more relational, receptive, and embodied way of living. Together, we loosen the pressure to constantly push, control, perfect, or hold everything together and practice meeting ourselves and our lives with greater presence, courage, and self-trust.

This is not only a place to talk about your patterns. It is a place to notice what happens in relationship... when you are seen, when you take up space, when you hold back, when you compare, when you want to disappear, or when you risk letting yourself be known.

Through conversation, somatic practice, reflection, witnessing, and being in the company of women doing their own inner work, the Circle becomes a place to practice something different not only understand it.

You are already doing inner work and want to bring it more fully into how you live and relate.
You notice that some of your deepest patterns emerge in relationship with other people.
You long for meaningful connection with women who are willing to show up honestly and do their own work.

You want to experience this work in relationship... not only one-to-one with a therapist, but while being seen, witnessing others, and practicing something different together.

You do not have to now exactly what you need

Some people arrive knowing exactly what they want to work on. Others simply know that something is no longer working: a relationship pattern keeps repeating, anxiety is taking up too much space, a transition has unsettled who they thought they were, or the way they have been carrying life no longer feels sustainable.

We begin there.

This is not about choosing the most intensive option. It is about choosing the right container for this moment in your life.

“Both my husband and I had sessions with her as a couple and as individuals. We both found her to be very direct and straightforward. Through the winter I continued to see Fiona 1 on 1. I was really struggling with many aspects of my life.  I felt very supported by her not only when I was grieving (so much crying!) but also as I turned the corner and began to feel whole again. She shared in my joy of self discovery and I believe she genuinely cared how things developed for me. Fiona is very accomplished at her craft; compassionate and insightful in her observations as well as clear and concise in her manner of speaking. I would suggest her to anyone who is facing turmoil and seeking clarity and grounding. My experience with her has been very positive.”

kept me focused on growing my self awareness.

"Fiona has been an amazing source of support. She helped me build an understanding of myself in a way I had never been able to before. With her guidance I was able to build the strength to completely change the course of my life. I got out of a deeply toxic situation. I'm very grateful for her compassionate, non-judgmental approaches to problem-solving and working through trauma and her openness to exploration of an issue until I feel like I have a complete and comprehensive understanding."

“With gentle, deeply compassionate, and incisive clarity, Fiona gets to the heart of the issues I raise in our sessions. I leave our sessions with a fresh, always resonating, perspective on something I've been struggling with. Fiona provides specific therapeutic tools which power my own work outside of the sessions and have enriched my life greatly. Fiona's support is highly attuned and insightful - I feel incredibly seen by Fiona and working with her has changed my life.”

"I will always be deeply grateful for my time with Fiona. Her warmth and compassion have helped me to value my own sensitivity, and to find compassion for myself in places I never could before.”

deeply grateful

"Fiona witnesses and holds space for me in a way that makes me feel understood. Fiona has helped me reframe situations or my reaction to something that all of a sudden makes everything click. As someone who struggles with anxiety, the discoveries or realizations that happen in a session alongside some of the tools Fiona has shared have helped me make positive changes in my life, my habits and how I approach relationships. We've also been doing some great work on boundaries too (as someone who grew up with enmeshment, mother wound and parentification dynamics) this work has been very helpful and meaningful to me. Fiona is a very kind, relatable and caring person. I'm so glad I found her!"
