This somatic grounding practice uses the sense of smell and touch to regulate the nervous system. It encourages us to build a deeper connection with the body and to start listening to its innate wisdom. 

This practice can be used to pause, relax and regulate. It can also be used to get in touch with stuck places in the body and can be used to move the energy to make space for more - breath, life, joy.
